Overview
A fast-growing operations team was spending the majority of their day on repetitive data tasks ingesting reports, transforming data between systems, and compiling summaries. Neurix was brought in to eliminate that entirely.
The Challenge
The client had over a dozen disconnected tools with no automation layer. Data had to be manually copied, reformatted, and routed between systems daily consuming 40+ hours of team time per week and introducing constant human error.
What We Built
We designed and deployed a multi-agent AI system where each agent owns a discrete part of the pipeline ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting. Agents communicate via a shared task queue and escalate exceptions for human review. The entire system runs on a schedule and triggers on events.
Outcome
Manual ops effort dropped to near zero. The team went from 40+ hours per week on data tasks to under 2. Error rates fell by 94%. The client has since expanded the agent system to cover three additional departments.
